Kaffeepflückern are  women and men  who work on coffee plantations and pick coffee cherries from the trees. This profession is often associated with regions that grow coffee, such as Central and South America, Africa, and parts of Asia. Kaffeepflückern establish through its work a direct connection to the origin of coffee and conveys a story of craftsmanship, tradition, and respect for these workers, as well as an authentic and down- to - earth feeling."

In Colombia, coffee is not  just a crop; it's a lifestyle; with approximately 540,000K  coffee- growing families, mostly small producers, being almost 200K women coffee growers. the number of women leading coffee households, are  multitasking individuals, known as "Toderas" adeptly managing  both home and coffee crops. Despite challenges these individuals emerge as resilient entrepreneurs driving innovation. "Kaffeepflückerin" is committed to learning and contributing to improve the coffee industry by partnering with local coffee growers and experts to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity for females working in the coffee fields.
